I am both CrossFit and USA Weightlifting Certified. TITANFIT is the result of my 20+ years in training and fitness. My goal is to incorporate the best training principles and hands-on instruction into a simple, easy to use, yet very effective program.
Like many in the "new" fitness model, we train the body as a whole piece. We will not waste our efforts on bicep curls or other lame isolated body part movements.
I am a former college athlete, personal trainer, gym manager (and all around good guy). I am a competitive masters (how did I get this old) athlete. Come workout with us and you will understand the benefits of CrossFit training and experience Indy’s most hands-on training enviornment.
